Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα όμορφο, ιστορικό κτίριο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Οι υπάλληλοι πρόσχαροι με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν. Το μειονέκτημα ήταν η τρομερή ηχορύπανση(μείναμε κυριολεκτικά άυπνοι).. Έχει ισόγειο καφέ μπαρ , έχει μπαράκι στον 3ο όροφο που λειτουργεί μέχρι τις 3 το πρωί, είναι δίπλα σε εκκλησία και στο ρολόι της πλατείας που χτυπάει όλο το 24ωρο. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν η φιλαρμονική που ήρθε πρωι πρωί μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο και το στρατιωτικό άγημα για την έπαρση σημαίας. Θεωρείται πάντως ιδανικό για κάποιον που έρχεται στην Κοζάνη να διασκεδάσει και αντέχει την αϋπνία. Καλό θα ήταν η ρεσεψιόν να ενημερώνει πριν την κράτηση για την ιδιαιτερότητα της τοποθεσίας...

Πολύ καλό και προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. Η τοποθεσία είναι απλά τέλεια καθώς βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Όμορφα, καθαρά δώματα και πάρα πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
