We were a group booking occupying more than 10 rooms from 4-6 Feb. Multiple people in our group have bad experiences from the front office staff, specially the night ***ager on 4 Feb and the morning ***ager on 5 Feb. Their rude and indifferent responses to simple queries and requests by guests were appalling. We were the bride's party travelling for the wedding reception. The whole experience from the front desk staff definitely soured the guest's mood for some time. We will not recommend this place to anyone.
