Chambre double deluxe réservée depuis 2 mois. Chambre en rez-de-chaussée: impossible d’ouvrir la minuscule fenêtre donnant sur un escalier où passent les clients (voir photos) Porte vitrée donc obscurité impossible (éclairage lors des passages). Salle de bains d’environ 1 m2. Impossible pour une personne en surpoids d’entrer dans la douche ou de se poser sur les toilettes (voir photos). Fenêtre occultée par un rideau roulant dont le mécanisme (toc) se casse quand vous l’ouvrez… Évacuation de la douche très lente entraînant débordements et odeurs…

[room superior, sea view] Service - hotel personel and the owners are extremely nice, always very helpful and smiling. Rooms - very nice and comfy rooms, cleaned and everything exchanged almost every day, all needed equipment, capacious wardrobes, additional towels (pool/beach) can be rent. Food - 100 of 10, especially dinners which are really a star! Big portions, dinner menu known in the morning and free of charge replacement of food for children. Except breakfast, drinks to be extra paid. Pools (2) - 1st bigger, covered for adults has a cold water and is not visited frequently. 2nd - open, very nice with warm water (app. 23-24 C degrees), surrounded with loungers with soft pillows. It's quite deep (app. 1,55 m). Parking - free, big enough. Location - very close to the airport, Zadar city and many nice beaches. In my opinion an ideal location. To have it really perfect - a bootle of water to be left in a room (as for standard hotels) and the room service should come a bit later (sometimes knocking at 7.30 AM!) ;-)

Very warm welcome from a French receptionist. We were located in a new building from two years ago where the room was perfect. Seen swimming pool and no building located close to the sea. I recommend this hotel for a getaway to Zadar Provided you are transported because it is out of the way but quiet.

We chose hotel for the swimming pool. We were told the pool was heated but the water was cold. The pool was also messy with cloudy water and dark circles on the ceramic around it. The lunch buffet is excellent.

Hôtel classe, chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel accueillant st sympathique. Piscine ++++ (sans commentaires). Proximité de Zadar. Une voiture à prévoir si vous souhaitez bouger ailleurs. Apparemment l’hôtel prévoit de transport. Lieux pour se reposer deux à trois jours après des bons périples.

Big disappoin**ent when we arrived: no one was waiting for us at reception even though we had agreed on an arrival time. We had to wait half an hour in the cold and knock on the shutters I don't know how many times... This lack of welcome made us feel cold. To summarize: very unfriendly staff, especially in the kitchen. Breakfast OK but nothing more. In addition, we were allocated a room instead of a studio. Nothing matched the description. It’s all the more a shame as it was our first time in Croatia! Fortunately, afterwards, we met other “locals” who were much friendlier! The only strong point: the location. Just cross the street to swim in delicious turquoise water….

We booked a room with a balcony but got an aquarium on the ground floor instead. Be very careful when booking the room because the photos do not correspond at all to reality. The room is called "deluxe" but that's just a name! When we complained the owner told us he calls his rooms whatever he wants. Indeed, but this is confusing! He knows it very well and he plays with it! So we had a room on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool and the restaurant terrace. In the morning, our "private terrace" was transformed into a breakfast terrace for the entire hotel. Our table even disappeared! The room has a tiny window overlooking... Nothing at all! A wall ! Humid room and you can feel it straight away when you enter! No table or chair in the room. No place to put our things! We had to put everything on the ground! No wardrobe, just a tiny shelf where toilet paper and the low-end hair dryer were placed. Let's talk about the bathroom... No curtain or shower door. The bathroom was flooded after a shower. Nothing to put our things down either! We took a chair from the terrace to put it in the bathroom so we could put our toiletry bag! The breakfast was not bad but during the Covid period we were very surprised not to see anyone with a mask in the establishment and to see people coughing on the buffet!
