The hotel is relatively new, and the room has a swimming pool which is quite unique. The room is quite clean, but the room has a little smell and needs to be sprayed with the perfume provided by the hotel. Overall, it is good. It’s just that you have to wait a long time for check-in and the soundproofing is a bit poor.

environment: The overall environment is good, and the internet celebrity style is fully grasped. It is indeed very suitable for taking photos and is quite photogenic. I can see the sunrise and sunset from my room (Pictures 6 and 7). The location is also very good. It’s within walking distance of the internet celebrity’s best paithai and family seafood. There’s a 7-11 next to it, and there’s also a cheap massage parlor (Dee Dee message, I went there two days in a row). I went to the night market. Taking a taxi is not expensive, grab is about 20RMB Serve: I’ll talk about it separately here. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic and will help confirm the questions very considerately. When you check in, you will be shown around the hotel facilities, and you will also be taken to the SPA on the second floor to choose the scent of the sleeping spray, which is given by the hotel. BUT, the room service staff is really terrible. When cleaning, I just remade the bed and took away the used towels. But I will not give you new towels, I will find them myself later; and all the empty snack bags left on the coffee table the day before were taken away and left on the table unchanged. This is so unprofessional facility: How should I put it? It feels like the hotel was renovated from an old hotel. It can be seen from the room that the construction quality and subsequent maintenance are not very good. The bathroom floor does not tell that it is a new hotel at all (Picture 8). The quality of the slippers is very average, similar to that of domestic fast hotels. They are very thin (Picture 9), and there are no beach slippers (this is not a requirement, just to compare with the one I stayed at before). The most incomprehensible thing is that the hotel does not have a do-not-disturb feature. There is no response facility, whether it is a sign or an electronic button. There was another hiccup on the day of check-out. After checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk and went to eat. The front desk said that the guest room would be checked and if there were any problems, wait until I came back to tell me. I just remembered that I had forgotten my clothes in the room. I came back after dinner and asked the front desk. The guest room reported that there was no clothes. I said that I was sure there was a piece of clothes and a swimming goggles in the room. I didn’t plan to take the swimming goggles and the clothes were forgotten. Yes, please confirm again. The result was still no. At this time, the car I ordered for airport transfer was about to arrive, and there was still no feedback from the hotel room. I was a little anxious and said angrily that this was already related to integrity issues. I don’t know if I really didn’t read it. Arrived, someone still collected it. Finally, after 5 minutes, the front desk brought me the clothes. I don’t want to think badly of anyone, but this whole process makes people feel a bit bad. I hope the hotel can put more effort into training employees.

This hotel was newly opened in 2024 and has a great sense of design. For someone who has been to Thailand more than ten times, the value for money of this hotel exceeds expectations and is better than many hotels I have stayed in before. ⛱️There are two outdoor swimming pools on the 1st and 7th floors of the hotel. Many guests take photos and check in. ⛱️Sit in the reading room (activity room) to check in and wait. The waiter will help with the process and there will be a welcome drink. ⛱️A bottle of essential oil spray was given as a gift, and the hotel has a dedicated children’s playroom ⛱️The attitude of the waiters is super good ⛱️The room is large, clean and fully equipped. There are Bluetooth speakers, and in addition to traditional charging ports, there are also USB interfaces. The balcony is a private swimming pool with views of the sea, and a large shower room. My daughter said the bathrobe was so comfortable to wear (made of imitation silk) ⛱️The semi-buffet breakfast is also amazing ⛱️It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Ao Nang Beach. There are various restaurants, 711, pharmacies, Mashaji, and of course leaf sellers on the road. Chinese people must not be overly curious to buy and try them. When you return to China If your hair is randomly checked at the airport, you're done.
