Good service and clean hotel

Friendly staff, good location , water is supply out side of your room .  MAKE SURE TO BOOK THE RIGHT HOTEL, as ther are 2 or 3 with the same name!

We cannot find the towel in the room, but manage to get a towel from the lobby counter. They let us order food to eat at the counter when the kitchen is closed. Overall very friendly hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, greets you wherever they meet you. The amenities were good, however, you’d have to ask for them as they are not kept in the room. The location is fine, a bit of walking to the main street, but it’s okay as the street isn’t that busy. Overall, had an amazing stay in here, and would recommend anyone planning to visit Krabi stay here.

Locate a bit far from the street walk if you’re walking, unless Tuktuk then no issue. Very limited car park space.

The road from the main strip to the hotel is a little dangerous on a night as there’s no paths but through the day the hotel put on shuttle buses to the beach and back which is really good. The rooms are clean, the aircon is good and the shower pressure is ok. Would stay again if I go back to ao nong. Highly recommended.

Hotel is a little far from the town but we don’t mind walking but there are no pavements so this is a little dangerous especially at night, hotel do provide a shuttle bus every couple of hours but this finishes at 7.30pm. Room was clean and tidy bed linen was fantastic best we have had so far,water dispensers on each level hallways,only down side the towels all frayed and threadbare only one towel each no hand towels Pool was well kept and a nice cool down after a big day out. Thank you

Amenities are provided for guests which is impressive!!! The pool is quite small, but practical .

Very limited parking.

Arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, almost midnight, there were few parking spaces left. Asked to park in front, met a male receptionist who spoke very badly, impolite, and disrespectful to his colleagues (security guards) to the utmost. He cursed the security guard with foul language in front of the customers, comparing that luxury cars such as Benz, BMW, and many other expensive cars can be parked in front of the road on the opposite side at the curve. Our car, which is a normal car with an inexpensive price, should be able to park as well. Actually, there is a parking lot in front. We can switch cars with the hotel's car because there is a large space, but the male receptionist will not let us park. We will park next to the hotel behind the motorcycle in front of the hotel, but they will not let us park. Luckily, we saw that there is enough space for a car to fit in the parking lot next to the hotel, but there is another motorcycle parked in the middle with the neck locked. The receptionist immediately became arrogant to the security guard. He told the security guard to move the car alone without helping. He cursed at the security guard the whole time he was moving the car. He cursed at my mother, was rude, and occasionally spoke harshly to the customers. We tried to stay calm because we were tired from the journey and had a small child in the car. We assumed that he must be the owner of the hotel who can be arrogant and curse at people like this. We did not dare to cause trouble because we were very sleepy. We wanted to rest, but we rested in fear. Afraid that they would come and hurt me because they looked too scary. I found out later when I was having breakfast at the restaurant that they were just receptionists, so I felt that the service should be improved a lot. It was really bad.

Good, worth a stay.

It's pretty good, but when we stayed the room next door made a lot of noise in the middle of the night but there was no solution from the receptionist.
