The hotel has complete facilities and friendly service staff. However, my English is a little weak and I need to use translation software to communicate. The food in the restaurant is delicious and I am willing to recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic place, nice houses on the water. Funny monkeys on your roof and on your balcony, so be careful not to leave anything on the balcony. They threw my slipper in the water. Fortunately, you can take a canoe for free and with that I fished the slipper out of the water. Also made a lot of use of the room service, everything is neatly put in a lockable box so that you can also put your dirty plates back in there.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in this hotel due to an emergency hospitalization; the hotel did not want to know anything and did not reimburse us for the night despite the proof provided. Their lack of tolerance disappointed me a little. Damage.

We loved this vital. Staff were wonderful. Place is lovely. Rooms are lovely. Good breakfast. Has a great swimming pool, can use kayaks, feed fish in the lake, lots of wildlife around. Transport shuttle to Noppiat thara beach. We had an amazing time there- was the best hotel we stayed in.

Nothing to complain, really...
Maybe something to improve: a late shuttle, around 22⁰⁰ to come back to the hotel.
