Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in this hotel due to an emergency hospitalization; the hotel did not want to know anything and did not reimburse us for the night despite the proof provided. Their lack of tolerance disappointed me a little. Damage.

We loved this vital. Staff were wonderful. Place is lovely. Rooms are lovely. Good breakfast. Has a great swimming pool, can use kayaks, feed fish in the lake, lots of wildlife around. Transport shuttle to Noppiat thara beach. We had an amazing time there- was the best hotel we stayed in.

Maybe something to improve: a late shuttle, around 22⁰⁰ to come back to the hotel.

Because it is a hotel in the middle of the scenery, the facilities in the house are relatively simple and slightly far away from Ao Nang Beach. However, the hotel environment and exquisite Thai food are five-star for similar hotels. The Thai food in the hotel restaurant is very cost-effective. We almost I gave up eating out and ate in hotels every day. The best thing is the hotel's service. Because we were injured accidentally on a motorcycle, after we had already checked out, the hotel got medicine and contacted the hospital. They also sent a car to take us to the hospital, waited for us to accompany us, and even sent us to the dock to catch up. On the ship, every service staff is sincere and loving. There is super five-star service here. You must come again. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there are also trespassers🐒

Atmospheric place.
For those looking for views and a relaxing/romantic getaway away from the crowds of the city.
You live in the forest, where monkeys run everywhere, in 100 places there is an elephant nursery and the opportunity to take pitching for a walk along the river.
Or bikes for travel.
Breakfast is good, for all tastes (there was not enough green tea, but this is a problem throughout Thailand).
The monkeys are funny, but arrogant - you have to be careful with them, but this gives the hotel its own style.
I give it a bold 4 out of 5.
