Everything was perfect. Fast check in. Clean room. Friendly staff. Many restaurants near by the hotel.

Location- just outside of the main krabi town- close to a few restaurants and 1 min from a big (tesco) lotus supermarket Fine for us as we were travelling to koh lanta the next morning and only 15 mins from krabi airport Staff- extremely helpful, checked in late and helped us book transport to koh lanta. Recommend the shared mini bus rather than private car- 400 baht and you get driven the whole way over a mini ferry which the car will drive onto Breakfast- very good value for money- you get a lot of food!! We had omelettes plus croissants plus fruit! Room is basic but clean- good for one night and would stay again as a stopover

Always end up coming back to Sita. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have reasonable parking and the rates are good. See you next time.

It's so friendly, clean, and affordable that I'll definitely visit again next time! The check-in counter staff were all friendly and the luggage storage service was very good. And I was touched that they called me a nice taxi!

The room is wide, not cramped, the room is clean, the bathroom is also spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the staff are lovely, hospitable, good service, convenient transportation, close to the rice shop, very convenient.

Ordinary hotel. There is nothing, no pool, no fitness, got here by accident. They don’t let you warm up your own in the microwave in the kitchen - that’s also a minus. There are no ordinary glasses in the room. They clean up well. A bit far from the center and all the night markets. However, for some it’s 20-30 minutes in the heat and not that far. Spend the night at the hotel. But not more.

New, clean hotel, 5 minutes by car from the bus station, location in the middle of the city. Near Lotus, cafes. There is no pool. As a stopover in Krabi for 1-2 nights - excellent. There is an elevator.

Second time we stayed at this hotel. All liked it. Clean, new, well-maintained hotel, with a convenient location. Relatively quiet.

The air conditioner is not cool. Turn on 18 and it's still not cool. Inform the employee to request a tax invoice in advance. I didn't do it even though I had asked for details. You have to wait when it's out. Typing slowly, typing mistakes is a waste of time. Almost didn't make it in time to get on the boat.
