Great stay at villa cha cha. We were a family of 5 people. When we arrived, a villa was available and the hotel kindly upgraded us. Very spacious, modern and clean accommodation. Swimming pools and beautiful surroundings! Please note that the hotel is on the edge of a beach where you cannot swim. Good breakfast. Free shuttle every 2 hours to and from the center of Ao Nang. A special mention for Pom who is incredibly kind, very helpful and very welcoming as well as the rest of the team. On the other hand, a young woman with long hair named Au was infected throughout the stay, very haughty, unfriendly and sometimes even aggressive. She has nothing to do in this warm, family hotel. We will come back here!

My stay was very pleasant, the breakfast is is amazing and I like the fact that they have a shuttle to ao nang beach. The place is quiet and refreshing. If you want to have a peaceful holiday then Villa Cha-Cha is you place!
