The rooms were immaculate, tidy, and inviting. However, the customer service left much to be desired. From the receptionists to the waitstaff (with the exception of two Burmese girls), there was an air of discontent that made interactions uncomfortable. Their service was subpar, and I felt hesitant to even approach them for assistance or to place an order. It seems the hotel is understaffed, leaving the existing staff overwhelmed and unable to provide good service.

The room booked is a family room. The room is quite old. The room smells musty. When entering the room, the dining table area in the room, where the chairs were, had not been cleaned.
