The hotel does not qualify for 4*. In the bathroom there is only liquid soap “for everything at once”, no slippers, no toothbrushes... When we checked in, we had no towels at all in the room. The bed linen is all stained, the towels have holes and are also stained - very unpleasant. The bathroom smelled awfully like sewer at times. The air conditioning suddenly turned off before we left. In general, the hotel looks shabby: this applies to everything you look at - furniture, etc. The pool is always crowded, and a free sun lounger is difficult to find. The water in the pool is cloudy, after we saw that the woman was picking her heels there, the desire to go there completely disappeared. The greenery around is all neglected, no one trims the palm trees with dried leaves - it looks sad. Opposite the hotel there is some kind of pile of construction debris, the entrance to the hotel is broken. There is no minibar in the room, but upon checkout we waited about 10 minutes for our room to be checked. What they checked there is unclear. Or do they think that guests destroy everything in their rooms? So-so trust in clients. In general, I have no desire to return here.
Overall, a good breakfast, varied dishes (eggs, yoghurts, and Thai food) - you won’t leave hungry. The juices are disgusting, as is the coffee from the thermos. The baked goods are not tasty. The fruits are monotonous (watermelon, melon, dragon fruit). Half an hour before the end of breakfast they are already too lazy to update anything, they have to forcefully ask. The breakfast room is very hot and the fans can't handle it.
P.S. Ask for a room without a connecting door between rooms, otherwise you will hear everything that is happening with your neighbors.
