Nice and clean resort

Very dissatisfied with the hotel and very satisfied with the Ctrip platform Hotel hygiene: During our 4-day stay, they only changed the bedding for us on the first day. They didn't change it after that. The bedding was very damp. The swimming pool is also unmaintained, and the soles of your feet can come into contact with the sticky walls after entering the water. After going into the water once, I broke out in a rash and itched all over. I haven’t been in the water once in 4 days, so I can only give up on the imaginary family swimming. The hotel itself was already a poor experience, and the service was even worse. After breakfast, there were three set meals to choose from, including bread, fried eggs, and blended orange juice. There is only one restaurant nearby, about 700 meters away, and the restaurant is pretty good. The most dissatisfied is the hotel service. On the day of our departure, we wanted to delay check-out due to heavy rain. My husband went to the front desk to confirm the late check-out fee of 200 baht. When we actually checked out, we were asked to pay 2000 baht. You won't be allowed to leave if you don't pay. The male staff in the hotel have a very bad service attitude and are very aggressive. You can't leave without paying! The details are: We asked for a confrontation, and they initially said we could view CCTV. We agreed and kept waiting. As a result, they later said that the CCTV had no sound and it was 2000. It was reasonable to suspect that they were delaying our departure time. I called the Thai police at 1155 but couldn't get through. Our plane couldn't wait any longer, so we paid 2,000 in tears. Finally, praise the Ctrip platform.
