Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad.
Je staat zo midden in het centrum. Je bent dicht bij de zee. Ook niet ver van de transfer busjes als je verder reist.

Pros: Good location. On the main street, not too far from the beach. 711, Watsons, and a bunch of restaurants downstairs. Cons: The air conditioner is too noisy. I wanted to turn it off and sleep. It was hot when I turned it off. The shower water was very small, and you had to put it in 5 minutes in advance to get hot water. But it was cold and hot, and it was difficult to adjust. The water supply was cut off in the middle of the day. The lights in the room were dim. The breakfast was the same every day.

Overall is good. We went for songkran festival, hotel prepare the big tank outside for us to play with water gun fight.
Only the f&b needed to improve, f&b staff is not friendly. The indoor area was full so i decided to go for outdoor to hv my breakfast, but when i try to get in from outdoor, they have locked the side sliding door. F&B please train ur staff on managing crowd, not many table to serve but they was not organised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, but there were certainly a few issues upon our arrival at the hotel. Despite Trip.com stating a 10 am check-in time, the hotel staff informed us that check-in was at two o'clock. This discrepancy would have been manageable had it not been for the conflicting information online, which led us to arrive early. When I showed the receptionist the 10 o'clock check-in time, she was rather brusque and insisted that it was incorrect, stating firmly that check-in was indeed at two o'clock. I explained our situation, but she seemed uninterested. Fortunately, I spoke with a male manager who was more understanding and assured us that he would have the room ready within approximately 45 minutes, which he did – a great relief.
However, we encountered a couple of other issues during our stay. On the second or third day, there was maintenance work on the ceiling water pipe in the corridor outside our room, resulting in no water available for the afternoon. At one point, the pipe burst, causing water to flood down the entire corridor, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, on the morning of our departure, the hotel cut off the electricity from 10 am until 1 pm, meaning we had to endure a cold shower. When I inquired about these inconveniences, the staff were not particularly apologetic, simply stating that this was the hotel's policy.
Overall, it's a lovely location and a nice hotel, but our experience was marred by these incidents.
