Booked a total of 3 nights. The first night, the garden zone room air conditioner was broken. I woke up at 3 a.m. and thought I would come to rest. The lights in the room are very dim. The bath soap hardly smells. The 2nd night, booked a sea view room, a bit ok. An additional room purchase includes breakfast. But the food quality Not at all suitable for the appearance of the hotel. It's good that the location is next to the beach. The staff are lovely.

The hotel is very big, next to Krabi Beach, with beautiful environment, clean and hygienic. The restaurant is next to the beach, and the service is very good. The only drawback is that the room is very noisy. The air conditioning compressor outside and in the room is very loud. Through Ctrip, the hotel is ready to change me to a sea view room, but there is no twin bed room, so I have to stay for another night. For a four star hotel by the beach charging premium room rates, the rooms were not maintained well, water pressure was low and the air conditioning in my room was
bad. I had complained to the reception but although they said it had been repaired, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The next day they said they will
send the technicians to rectify the issue but it was still the same. A fruit platter to compensate for the sleepless nights is not the answer.
The breakfast could and should have more variety of food and was rather average compared to other hotels in the same room rate range. Ice was not available before midnight and
had to be demanded before it was supplied although we were willing to pay.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends although the location is very good and strategic and the lay out is nice.
