The hotel environment is pretty good, the green plants are nice, and the room facilities are relatively old. But overall it's OK. But the service is particularly bad. When checking out, the consumption of other rooms was posted to our room. I explained and said that this consumption was not ours, but the waiter didn't believe it and rolled his eyes. It was really hard to accept. Later, I complained to Ctrip. Fortunately, Ctrip solved the problem quickly. Thank you Ctrip.

The room is relatively large, however a special smell was present and quite disturbing. The bathroom clearly needs to be redone, shower head too low, water overflows everywhere and this bathroom is not at all practical.
Plus the staff is useless. We had our flight at 8 p.m. and asked if we could stay in the room a little longer. They clearly did not make the effort to understand us and asked that we leave the room. In addition, the staff do not speak English, and do not really make an effort to communicate.
A quick update also on the bar within the residence. A 50 bth bottle of water is ********. The prices are outrageous.
Overall the value for money is not there. I won't go back there.

The hotel is very nice! We visited it for the second time! The area is very large and beautiful! Its own beach area on the first line adds a huge plus to this hotel! Breakfast is very tasty, lots of fruit! The staff is friendly. But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the area is falling into disrepair, the ponds with large fish have become shallow, the vegetation is poorly cared for... it’s a shame...
