酒店環境比較不錯 綠植很好，房間設施是屬於比較老的。但是總體還算可以。但是服務特別差 ，退房的時候，有別的房間的消費掛到我們房間，解釋並説了這個消費不是我們的，服務員不相信 還白眼的態度真的很難接受，後來投訴到攜程，好在攜程的解決問題迅速，感謝攜程。

La chambre est relativement grande, en revanche une odeur spécial était présente et assez dérangeante. La salle de bain est clairement à refaire, pommeau de douche bien trop bas, de l’eau déborde de partout et pas du tout pratique cette salle de bain.
De plus le personnel est inutile. Nous avions notre vol a 20h et avons demandé si nous pouvions rester un peu plus dans la chambre. Ils n’ont clairement pas fait l’effort de nous comprendre et ont demandé à ce qu’on quitte la chambre. De plus le personnel ne parle pas anglais, et ne font pas réellement d’effort pour communiquer.
Un petit point aussi sur le bar au sein de la résidence. Une bouteille d’eau 50 bth c’est du foutage de gueule. Les prix sont abusé.
Globalement le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Отель очень приятный! Посетили его уже второй раз! Территория очень большая и красивая! Собственная пляжная зона на первой линии добавляет огромный плюс этому отелю! Завтраки очень вкусные, много фруктов! Персонал доброжелательный . Но хотелось обратить внимание, что территория приходит в запустение, пруды с большими рыбами обмелели, за растительностью плохо ухаживают … очень жалко… Требуется команда профессиональных садовников. В остальном все понравилось 🙌🏻🧚🏻♀️

Очень хороший отель с большой зеленой территорией, территория отеля утопает в зелени, есть своя береговая линия , номера комфортные, два бассейна, очень хорошие завтраки, каждый может найти еду для себя, рекомендую этот отель

老牌度假村，環境綠化都很好。都是老外，不過裝修老了，趕不上新修的酒店，而且感覺有點退步，前台小姑娘都懶洋洋的，不到下午2店不給房間。
