ถือว่าดีระดับหนึ่งครับ เสียนิดเดียวทีวี ดูได้ไม่กี่ช่อง ดูได้ก็ไม่ค่อยชัด ตู้เย็นไม่ค่อยจะเย็น สระน้ำรีบปิดเร็วไปหน่อย 4ทุ่ม รวมๆแล้วถือว่าดีอยู่ครับ

เช็คอินช้ามาก กว่าจะได้เข้าเกือบ4โมงเย็น ลูกค้าเยอะ ยุ่งก็เข้าใจได้ แต่การต้อนรับและบริการ คำพูดของ หัวหน้า ไม่ค่อยโอเคร พูดเหมือนไม่ค่อยง้อลูกค้า ตอบคำถามแต่ละคำถาม ไม่ถุกต้อง แม้กระทั่งถามว่ามีตู้ เอทีเอ็มใกล้สุดตรงไหน ยังบอกผิดทาง ซึ่งเราไม่เคยไป เราก็ต้องเชื่อคุณ พอมาเดินเล่นกลางคืนกลับเจออีกตุ้ที่มันใกล้กว่า สะดวกกว่ามาก เพราะเปนตู้ที่เราไม่ต้องใช้บัตรและไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม ถึงทำเลที่ตั้งจะดีขนาดไหน ถ้าเจอพนักงานต้อนรับพูดไม่ดีตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ทุกอย่างก็ดูแย่ไปหมด ห้องกลางๆไม่ใหม่ แอรไม่ค่อยเย็น เลือกห้องชั้น1-2 ในแอป แต่ไปถึงได้ชั้น3 พอทักท้วงก็ตอบแบบว่า แล้วแต่หน้างานค่ะ ว่าลุกค้าเยอะน้อยแค่ไหน แล้วแต่ห้องไหนว่าง ก็แค่ งง ว่าแล้วจะให้เรากดเลือก ความสะดวกในแอปก่อนทำไม

Стараюсь выбирать отели с бассейном и фитнесом, по возможности. Два бассейна в прекрасном состоянии. Фитнес слабенький, тренажёры убитые, в Тае, вообще, понятие РЕМОНТА отсутствует, по ходу, напрочь.
Сколько отелей поменял, единственный, в котором я тупо сидел строго до 2-х часов, ждал check in. У телевизора тоже что то с антенной неполадки, но мне он не нужен, поэтому я даже не обращался.
Но, главное, что меня убило: постельное бельё просто приглаживают и не меняют. Я специально остался проследить, она и при мне, что называется, морду тяпкой, разгладила и пыталась так и оставить, пришлось вмешаться. Полы не моют, просто подметают. Местоположение меня устроило, рядом пирс на Рейли и т.д..

Не заселили раньше не на минуту, хотя в отеля полно номеров свободных, пришлось сидеть на солнце в +35!! Персонал ужасный, в 14:00 не закончили уборку, а когда я заходила в номер меня толкнул сотрудник отеля который пытался занести в мой номер чемодан другого гостя и я ударилась об железную ручку двери, плакала 20 минут и передо мной даже никто не извинился! Ни советую этот отель никому с таким отношением сотрудников.
