They didn’t check in a minute earlier, although the hotel had plenty of free rooms, so we had to sit in the sun at +35!! The staff is terrible, they didn’t finish cleaning at 14:00, and when I entered the room I was pushed by a hotel employee who was trying to bring another guest’s suitcase into my room and I hit the iron door handle, cried for 20 minutes and no one even apologized to me! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with such attitude from the staff.

My experience at this hotel could have been much better. The positives: the location is convenient if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants with night parties. The staff also speaks okay English and try to help. On the negative side: it is quite noisy depending the room that you get because other guests bring children that are running and yelling through the halls between the rooms. In terms of cleaning the cleaning staff should do a better job: mu room was uncleaned for 2 days and, after I complained several times, they started to come to clean everyday at 4:30 in the afternoon. It was very inconvenient!

Great location with a tunnel under the road to 3 pools and beach. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly and always around chatting to all guests. Well done. Would highly recommend. .
