Positive: the beds are comfortable, there is hot water and a large refrigerator with freezer. There's a 9/11 around the corner.
Negative: the air conditioning blows exactly on the beds, the rooms are noisy, we were bothered by the neighbors, even though it was said that it would be quiet on the site after 10 p.m. (I had called and emailed the reception about this) in the evening) The nearest beach stinks and is dirty and in the other direction only **** cafes and drunk tourists. The resort is located next to a bridge where it smells terribly of sewage.
We left a day early.

Everything is great here! If you are a lover of the natural atmosphere of Thailand, this is definitely the place for you. The staff is friendly and customer-oriented, daily cleaning, bed linen change every 2 or 3 days (I forgot already), no interruptions in warm water, delicious fresh breakfasts, the hotel area would give all 10 stars! The location is also ideal, close to several 7/11s, a night market, two beaches, and a bunch of cafes. They didn’t even bother to take a bike, they remained pedestrians for these days. We initially checked in for two nights, but then extended it for another 3😃

This was our second time here and, like the first time, we were very satisfied.
The hotel is very centrally located, everything is within walking distance.
Staff, cleanliness and service are top.

Hotel well situated. Close to the beach, shops and stalls. About a 7-minute walk to the night market, where we can choose from a lot of different types of food - street food. The service was nice and very helpful. The room/house is cleaned every day. The only comment is that some houses could use renovation.

Good price, parking. Every time I go, I've been here twice. They are well taken care of. The children welcome me well, speak well, are friendly, smiling and have very good manners. It's better than if we stayed in a big hotel. I just said it in passing.
