Aside from the fact that the room got humid due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, the view was pretty and the breakfast wasn't bad.
The friendliness and service of the staff are very good.

The pool view is nice and it's unique because it has a cliff view. Except for the location, I was satisfied. There is a shuttle every hour, but I don't use it because the time is ambiguous. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the convenience store. Breakfast is just mediocre

I love this hotel, the environment is amazing, it is built on the back of the mountain, the greenery is very good, it feels like living in a big forest, the hotel is very clean, and the service is very good, all the waiters are very enthusiastic

It seemed that the person at the front desk did not speak English well, and the free shuttle to Ao Nang was convenient. The family room was spacious and good value for money.
The downside was that each room seemed to have an ant problem, the hotel itself lacked flexibility, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and almost no soundproofing.
Late check-out is unconditional, and check-in makes you wait because it is not cleaned.

Great gem in Ao Nang. Set back a little, the great complex with small cottages/villas around the pool is located. The complex is very well maintained and has a great view of the Ao Nang rock. Breakfast is very solid, offers everything you need. An egg station is ready to provide fresh egg specialties of your choice on request. Staff are super friendly. We were there for the second time, and would always be our top choice for Ao Nang

Great hotel. Booked a two bedroom villa with our two children and it was very spacious and clean. Cleaned daily and bottles of water provided each day. Pool area was fab with great views. Pool was great for a dip in the heat. It was a bit too far for us to walk to the beach with two small children but the hotel provides a shuttle. Sometimes a bit hit and miss whether you can get it (we waited 45 minutes one time despite several phone calls and then gave up and got a taxi) but generally works ok. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good

Very nice hotel with kind staff, nice breakfast and amazing view. It is tranquil and pleasant stay. However not sure if the pool is clean because the tiles in the water are slippery and that’s not a good sign. Hope the hotel takes care of the water better.
