The staff is friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate customer requests. The swimming pool is clean and suitable for families with children. However there are less choices for breakfast.

The hotel is very new and large. The environment is very good. It is close to the seaside and Ao Nang Night Market. It is about ten minutes walk from the main street. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the main street three times a day. There are other supporting facilities nearby. The sound insulation is average and the service is very good. good
