So lala - Personal in der Gastronomie war sehr nett, aber das Niveau des Essens war mittelmäßig. Das ganze Hotel ist ungarisch, inkl Personal und Zustand.
Wellness Bereich ist sehr angenehm gut, Sauna (Infrarot, Bio und Finnisch) sehr schön mit wunderbaren Bergblick.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione della motogp a Spielberg. L'hotel dista circa un'ora dal circuito. È situato in una posizione ottima per chi vuole sciare perché ha le piste praticamente attaccate. All'interno la struttura è molto bella le camere spaziose e pulite. Servizio spa con piscina ottimi. Cucina molto buona e personale molto cordiale e disponibile a tutto. In sala ristorazione tutti gentili e sempre col sorriso in particolare Norbert veramente simpatico e professionale nel lavoro. Hotel consigliato

Lovely hotel close to the ski lift and Apres Ski bar! Huge thanks to the team at reception for their work in resolving our booking challenge. Peter you are a saint! Rooms are clean, beer is cold and the Buffet is plentiful.

The hotel is very clean and offers enough facilities. The food is very meaty and fried, not always cooked through and tends to be cold. The personnel is mostly very helpful, although few are impolite if you are not able to speak Hungarian. German or English can not be assumed in a German speaking country in all the waitresses which leads to problematic situations. Price is ok for the offered facilities and the vicinity to the slopes.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, quality service. I would highlight the perfect location combined with several options for excursions. Worth going there even for one night or for longer stay as well. Wonderful view from wellness

We have been several times here, but never experianced such a terrible service! The Hotel just opened, after a long lock down, one should say that the Management will do the utmost! On the contrary! The dinner is way below expectations, not enough, there is NOTHING for the kids, no olive for the salad, two course menu like, at the restaurant you will have a feeling that you erroniously booked your stay to a 2 star motel . The staff is confused, all guests are angry, we complain to each other, this is a robbery! Please do not book your stay! Apparently the new owner does not give a damn about it, or he might just care as his father in law!!!! If I have to compare to the previous service level, which was 10 two years ago, now it is only 0,1 . Big disappointment
