Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hell und auch sehr geräumig. Die Speisen haben sehr gut geschmeckt und waren liebevoll garniert. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Räder durften wir in einem eigenen Raum unterstellen und waren sicher versperrt.

Perfect stay for my family. The first night we had a perty in the room next to us, we coul barely sleep; unfortunately the reception is available till 22:00, so we could not do anything about it. However next morning, when I complained about it at the reception they immediately gave us another room (actually, two - since we travelled with our kids, and this is how they could solve the situation), no question raised, solved the issue right on the spot. Great guest service, thank you!

Sehr freundliches Personal! Geht auch auf Sonderwünsche ein !!! Sehr Sauber ! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt für uns genau richtig! Tolle Zusatzangebote werden hier geboten - für Familien sicher ein tolles Erlebnis !!!!! Frühstücksraum etwas beengt. Auswahl mehr als ausreichend!

Alles war ok, wie wir es von JUFA Hotels gewohnt sind. Unser Zimmer war noch gemütlichlicher, viel Holz. Nur der Frühstücksraum war sehr eng und stickig, wir sind in die Lobby ausgewichen, dort war es OK. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man schon empfehlen.

Wir waren für einen 3-Tages-Schiurlaub im Jufa Murau und waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals begeistert! Das Abendessen bot genug Auswahl und schmeckte uns von Suppe bis Nachspeise sehr gut! Es gibt einen Kinderbereich und sogar ein Kino- das Hotel liegt recht zentral an der Mur am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Respektvolles, freundliches und bemühtes Personal!!! Ich war am Anfang ein bißchen überrascht, da Schulklassen vor Ort waren, ist ja auch ein JUFA Hotel, wobei sich das aber nicht als störend erwiesen hatte! Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Hotel für alle Generationen. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet waren in Ordnung. Es war alles dabei was man braucht, man verhungert hier nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder auf einen Kurzbesuch vorbei!
