Decent place, very clean . Not felt like a 4 star but a 3 star

Excellent location at the jewish quarters room was very spacious, clean modern lifts were a bit slow. Requested disposable slippers but were told not available

Was told that there was a functioning lift as we had 4 large luggages, but upon reaching our room was allocated to one without a lift and the staff didn’t help us with the luggage through flights of stairs. Although it’s in a pretty good location, the service wasn’t one of a 4 stars.

A good hotel, everything is within easy reach, lots of cafes nearby. And there's a lot going on in the evenings. I didn't like the breakfast concept; I'm more used to the self-service option. This place has three options to choose from, but the portions are good and large.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The neighborhood is a vibrant part of Krakow with many food stalls and, on weekends, even clothing stalls. Highly recommended for a visit.

The biggest complaint is that there are no toiletries provided except liquid soap, no slippers, and the drinking water is ordinary tap water. I am not sure whether other superior room types can be replenished with more. The location is far from the old city, but next to it is the circular food court of the Jewish community.

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and told the front desk I'd check out an hour late. The next morning, the front desk called to remind me that I still had a few things to pack and was about to leave when the housekeeper started banging on the door and even tried to enter with a key. This is the first time I've encountered this in all my years of staying in hotels. There are several flights of stairs leading up and down, and I was carrying a 30kg suitcase all by myself; no one offered to help, and there was no elevator. Finally, a young woman at the front desk couldn't bear to see me like this and helped me with another suitcase. The young woman was kind, but the hotel service was terrible. The cleaning was so-so by European standards, and the bed was so soft I couldn't even sit up straight. Oh well.
