The hotel was nice- the staff was attentive. There was a secure parking on site which was important to us. Slightly outdated hotel but good location in the middle of the city.

I don't know if all the rooms are in the same state, but ours was far from the 4* hotel that it's advertised to be. The carpet was stained and dirty, there was a literal hole in the floor in the doorway, the furniture looked like it was sanded (probably due to the wear and tear). We had a two night stay for a wedding we were attending and paid a reduced price because of it. Therefore we didn't want to complain or raise an issue. Had it been any other occasion, we would have asked to switch rooms or changed hotels, to be honest. What was good were the staff, friendly, very accommodating and helpful.

Dated basic hotel but clean.
Not many options available in this area. Hotel was run down and in need of modernising. Room was dated, bathroom was so small could hardly sit on toilet. Also teenage party the night we stayed so was very noisy u til 1 am.Breakfast was simple but edible.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und hat mit seiner sehr schönen Terrasse/Restaurant im 9. Stock eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Location für den Standort Kraljevo.
