My husband and I stayed at Amanzoe for our 35th wedding anniversary and it was the most incredible visit! The classic Greek architecture is beyond stunning as well as the grounds studded with fabulous elaborate olive and beautiful cypress trees. We stayed in a deluxe pool pavilion sea view which was luxurious and expansive inside and out as well as laid out in such a thoughtful way.. loved the 2 bathrooms with huge double closet area connected by a fantastic, shared double shower with outdoor view ceiling. Oh and the room was spotless! Everything was perfect.. the amazing staff including Jordan, the daily manager, the lovely office staff and everyone in the dining venues couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Food was delicious whether is was by the pool, in the bar or the main dining area with it's gorgeous view. We has an unforgettable private dinner by the property's amphitheater hosted by Dimitra who was a delightful server and converasionalist with deep knowledge about the property and the area. We also did a not-to-be missed day trip coordinated by Amanzoe to the ancient sites Mycenae and Epidaurus with an arranged guide as well as the charming town of Nafplio. Our driver, Nicos, was wonderful. Such a romantic and magical week! Can't wait to go back!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Amanzoe. Despite the high price, the service and overall experience were far below expectations. First and foremost, we were not allowed to choose a different room, even though we requested it. Additionally, our request for a late check-out was denied without any reasonable explanation. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The quality of the food was very poor, definitely not what one would expect from such an expensive establishment. The location was also inconvenient. The journey from the airport to the hotel was excessively long, adding unnecessary stress to our trip. Besides the cost was not even included. Moreover, throughout our stay, we constantly felt like we were being sold something. It was as if the staff's primary focus was to push additional products and services rather than ensure our comfort. I wrote to the hotel to address these issues, but have not yet received an response. Overall, this experience was not worth the money spent, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Amanzoe in April 2022 as a Family of 4...twice! I am not sure where to begin, it might be best to ask my children who were 4 and 6 at the time, who to this day still fondly talk of their time at 'Zoe' as they affectionately have named it. Located around 2.5hours drive from Athens, the drive down and onto the property is an experience in and of itself, surrounded by lush green trees, vineyards and olive groves. We were greeted by the team including the GM Ernst, who addressed the children and the adults; these actions gave you an idea of how special this trip was going to be from the moment we arrived. As we walked further in, after refreshments, you were met with an 'Acropolis like' design. Stunning. The most beautiful architecture, marble, white stone lapped by the bluest of pools. As we were shown around, we became even more enamoured. Whilst the size of Amanzoe is vast, the number of rooms/pavillions are few, which again speaks to privacy and luxury. Our pavillion, which when we came back the second time, we returned to, was beautifully designed and appointed again in the 'Acropolis like' style with a garden, terrace and private pool which we thoroughly enjoyed as a family. Incredibly clean and minimalist. The level of personalisation and luxury is second to none, from the complimentary minibar, to the complimentary movies, footwear, sunhats, beach bags, to each evening being met with turndown gifts for the family...one is utterly spoiled. Aside from the obviously beautiful property, I believe what made us return back to Amanzoe in such a short period of time, was that the service was and is incomparable. We didn't need to ask or say a thing, it seemed that everything was remembered, and the stay was personalised to us; from my husband's coffee, to the favourite drinks within the minibar, to the desserts at dinner for the children, the eggs at breakfast, to the bottled water down at the beach club. Service was second to none. Whilst it would be easy to never leave, there is plenty to do close by, and we enjoyed getting to know Martina and Manous, who own the farm we visited during the stay; visited Spetses, a beautiful Island a boat ride away from 'Zoe' and plenty more sights. We want to thank Ernst, Jordan and the team for the most wonderful stay, and returned stay, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon - not least because our departure bracelet gifts are a constant reminder that we must return. We would rate Amanzoe a 10/10.

Our stay at Amanzoe was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and empathy that truly set this resort apart. The unparalleled hospitality made our experience unforgettable. Special mention must go to Giorgos, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and kindness made us feel instantly at home. Aggeliki, our Guest Assistant, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met with a smile and genuine care. Dining at the Nama restaurant was a highlight, thanks to Geraldi, whose attentive service and friendly demeanor enhanced our culinary experience. Additionally, Katerina at reception provided us with seamless assistance and a welcoming presence that truly embodied the spirit of Amanzoe. Designed by the renowned architect Ed Tuttle, the resort exudes an unparalleled vibe of elegance and tranquility. Every element of the architecture and design harmonizes perfectly with the natural surroundings, creating a serene oasis unlike any other. Every member of the team contributed to a stay that was not only luxurious but also deeply personal. We left feeling refreshed, cherished, and eager to return. Amanzoe is a haven of hospitality, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have been to a few other Aman properties, but this particular location is as spectacular as it gets. The property is gorgeous and the staff is truly amazing. We loved our rooms, and were sad to leave after 4 days. It is worth the splurge and would love to return. It's tough to go anywhere else after this experience, nothing measures up.

Glorious location to decompress if you want to give yourself space to think and rest. This exclusive haven of unsurpassed beauty lays amongst stunning centuries old olive groves. It is a modern Acropolis like site in modern era. We had an unforgettable stay here in early fall. Those boasting panoramic views were unbelievable and we could not stop taking photos. Our Villa had high ceilings with unobstructed views. Marble, stone and oak accents were so welcoming in combined with the flow and openness between the exterior and interior spaces. The host Helene was very kind and there for us, throughout our stay. Spa: one visit was not enough, next time we will try more treatments. A hidden gem? The Amanzoe boutique with exclusive Aman products. We enjoyably spent over 20K, after a Greek god like, the manager, introduced them to us. The service ethos might be a culture here combined with the zen vibe. We will return soon but in the meantime everyone should experience this.

This is a worldwide unique resort, with spectacular architecture, jaw-dropping views and villas. The beach club, offers a raw private Greek sea experience, and great food! The food at the main resort was not my fav. This resort has an uber luxurious boutique, similar to Hermes or Loro Piana, with a super model running it, did not expect that! Area delight: within a 10min driving distance you can find many amazing local taverns with delicious meat or fish and Spetse island.

Many will know that the luxury-hotel-loving world divides into two groups: Amanjunkies who love every aspect of these hotels and the rest of us. As a sybaritic traveler who always turns left on planes and generally only stays in hotel suites, I have tried to love them and there are aspects of these hotels which are exceptional but I am going to weigh in here about why Amanzoe left us a bit cold. So starting with strengths: This resort is stunningly beautiful. I took many photos and especially enjoyed views from the outdoor breakfast table. There are a handful of public rooms in free-standing buildings around the ornamental pond including the cathedral-like library. That is beautifully designed and the interior is very high quality but would you want to read a book in there? Probably not (more of this later). The Villas: There are no bad rooms. All accommodation is villa-style and, other than the larger properties on site, it is only location that influences the price. These are well-appointed provided you like that rather Spartan style (of course that is very appropriate when on the Peloponnese!). I did note that the bathroom blind was crooked and the daily snacks were not usually topped up so there were a few misses on detail but the villa was spacious and comfortable, even though the desk was very tight to do any work. I liked that the bathroom had two showers and toilets. The open wardrobes separated these so the dressing areas was very close to the bath. We had poor weather for part of our stay and the patio roof leaked so the loungers and the outdoor chairs got very wet – another miss on detail – so when the sun came out you couldn’t use them. Staff are very conscientious and sweet. I especially liked the breakfast crew and the beach staff. The Beach club. Although the “beach” is nothing of the sort – there is nowhere to walk and it has imported sand - it had WiFi, fantastic service with individual sun cream bottles supplied and your beach towels were rearranged if you vacated the lounger for lunch. So, there is a much to like BUT This place is so deathly dull, dull, and almost churchlike in its quietness everywhere (apart from the beach). Every public room you enter (like the library or the bar) you are usually the only guest and if there are others they do tend to be squirreled away in another corner. Also the food is NOT good. You are stuck in this resort – it’s not near any other villages with good restaurants - so you end up eating there every evening. Breakfast is by far the best meal of the day. There is a very poor Japanese restaurant. The place you have breakfast turns into a different restaurant in the evening and I preferred this to the Japanese, though the meals were nothing to rave about. In each of my 3 stays at Amans this has been a prevailing weakness. Maybe the fans value the silence much more than cuisine? I am more extrovert and enjoy chatting to people sometimes and like a good meal! In fact we did meet a charming c
