Шумоизоляции нет. Ужасно. Слышно каждое слово соседей. Окно номера смотрит в стену другого корпуса. Лифта нет.

Я хотела бы просто сказать спасибо администратору и другим работникам отеля :) за такой прекрасный вид отеля и самого номера. Буквально все что тут есть доведено до максимально качественного уровня. В баню ходила все ок. Я с парнем приезжала хорошее место для отдыха вдвоем. Цены нормальные сервис на высоте...

Прекрасное соотношение уены и качества. Твердые 3 заезды! Мы были на ретрите женской компанией. Отлично! Шли дожди Банька ( очень понравилась. большая, все есть), и подогреваемый бассейн согрели и придали сил. Достойные завтраки, в номерах все что нужно. Для 3 звезд и цены-отлично!

Очень невкусная еда. Выбор большой, но все невкусное. Номер темный. Ремонт конца 90-х. Все абсолютно не стоит заявленных денег. Покупали заранее с большой скидкой и то цена не соответствует качеству, по полной стоимости ехать сюда просто безумие. На фото сильно все лучше, чем в жизни. Трансфер по утрам удобный, но обратно из красной поляны уезжать сложно, если трансфер переполнен, то проходит мимо и можно не уехать.

Мы приехали покататься, сезон нельзя пропускать В компании набралось пять человек, поэтому выбор остановили на аренде коттеджа Забронировали уютный двухэтажный домик площадью в 80 кв. метров На первом этаже были гостиная, функциональная кухня, санузел, на втором - спальн Ванная комната совмещает душ, раковину, санузел, встроенную стиральную машину Ну в дом мы вызвращались только вечером, поспать и отдохнуть, а так все время проводили за пределами Для транспортировки к подъемникам администрация выделила комфортабельный автобус, до нужного подъемника доставляют, вечером забирают В отеле имеется классный открытый бассейн, водичка теплая, расслабляет С удовольствием приедем снова.

Не разочаровали, показали высокий уровень сервиса и номерного фонда. В отеле нормальные условия для проживания. В моём номере была кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, холодильник, ТВ, фен, чистые полотенца и бельё. Завтраки были вкусные. Ежедневно от отеля отходил автобус до подъёмников и обратно. Персонал очень вежливый.

Приехали с подругой на Красную поляну и остановились в отеле «Грейс Олимпия». Нас заселили в Мансарду. Зимой очень тепло, установлен большой радиатор. В комнате светло, есть большое окно. Душ и туалет в номере. Есть рабочий стол, ТВ, интернет, фен, небольшой холодильник, которым мы пользовались. Приятно были удивлены косметическими банными наборами чистыми полотенцами и свежими халатами с тапочками. Молодцы. По нашей просьбе предоставили чайный набор. После катания на лыжах старились согреться. Вещи и экипировку хранили в специальной комнате для хранения оборудования. Очень удобно для туристов, и не нужно везде носить все с собой!

Проживали в этом отеле, правда несколько дней всего. Так приезжали чисто покупаться, позагорать, выспаться, а с утра вкусно поесть. Все сложилось удачно, отдых получился тихий, отдыхающие друг другу не мешают, персонал ненавязчивый, но если нужно что-то они всегда рядом.

Впечатления остались положительные! Были семьёй, совпал мой отпуск с отпуском мужа вот и решили отдохнуть, плюс нужно было взять с собой ребёнка, но здесь это вообще не проблема (в номере люкс много места). Вид хочу отметить- он конечно потрясный!!! Горы, чистое небо, свежий воздух!! Гулять по окрестностям это сплошное удовольствие. А после прогулок можно сходить в баню либо в тёплый бассейн, отдохнуть, расслабиться. Вдали от работы и пыльного города. По опыту общения с сотрудниками могу точно сказать, что своё дело они любят, а значит и сервис получаешь тут прекрасный. У нас каждый в семье нашёл то что ему больше нравится- у мужа баня, у меня прогулки и бассейн, у ребёнка, однозначно бассейн)) Но общее одно-классно проведённый отдых!
