Останавливались в Vitamin 26 июня на ночь с маленьким ребёнком. Номер специально оборудован для малыша- углы все закрыты, на розетках заглушки, стульчик для кормления, детская посуда; в ванной комнате детский халатик, тапочки, ванночка и детская косметика. Честно говоря, впервые видим такой приём для малышей! Vitamin спасибо! 🤗 А также очень вкусный ресторан 🤗

Не рекомендуем. В городе было плановое отключение горячей воды с 23.05.2022, руководство отеля знали и не подготовились и даже заранее не предупредили, мы позвонили на ресепшн в 8 утра и сообщили что нет горячей воды, пообещали включить бойлер , но в 11 ещё все не было горячей воды. Предложили ждать до 12))) итого 4 часа сидеть в отеле ради того, чтобы помыться и скидку на ланч в их отеле -20%)) вместо душа - еда))🤟 администратор Светлана, вам спасибо за понимание, чувствовалось что вам неудобно за сложившуюся ситуацию и диалог. Управляющая отеля вопросы не решает, услуги не оказали и решений от неё нет, пустые отговорки, что виноват город, а не отель)) 21 век 👌

Комфортно, вежливый персонал, всё продуманно до мелочей, приятная атмосфера, вкусный завтрак. В номере очень чисто и уютно. Приятные презенты. Рекомендую поужинать в ресторане. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
