Подземная парковка, очень приветливый персонал, всё чисто и красиво. Есть где погулять, так как отель находится в центре. Рядом много кафе и баров. Завтраки шведский стол неплохие с шампанским). Ресторан по меню, тоже есть что перекусить. В номерах чисто и уютно.

Испортились очень. В 2017 году здесь была наша первая брачная ночь. Нам все очень понравилось на тот момент. На 6 годовщину свадьбы решили там опять провести время и полное разочарование. Отель очень уставший, прям очень. Нужен ремонт капитальный. Ковровое покрытие в номере все в пятнах, в Холле стертое. Унитаз течет. Завтраки ужасные. И это все 4 звезды. Полное разочарование

Все очень понравилось. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, сотрудники готовы оказать помощь в любом вопросе относительно проживания. В номерах есть все необходимое. Шампанское, которое доступно на завтраках, отдельно порадовало!

ROOMS: clean and spacious rooms. Normal-size bathroom with a shower. There are two options of a view: on the yard and on the street. Be careful: the second one includes some street noise. LOCATION: 10min drive to the railway station, close to grocery stores and some cafes nearby. FOOD: good breakfast with food for basic needs. It costs 1100rur if it’s not included. I advise you to think about it because there are no nice places for breakfast in a neighborhood. Room service is available 24h, bar as well. FACILITIES: wi-fi is ok, not speedy, but ok. Gym, cash machine, parking. There are microwave oven and small store with necessities as well. STAFF: polite and sometimes too serious, not everyone smiles. But ladies from the restaurant are smiley

При заселении менеджер Ярослав крайне некорректно общался, абсолютно не клиентоориентирован, так же у отеля при бронировании указан паркинг, по факту паркинга нет, парковка только в 5минутах от отеля. При вопросе возможно ли оставить автомобиль вдоль отеля Ярослав сообщил , что на свой страх и риск вы можете припарковаться вдоль входа

Really good place in the historical part of the city.A very nice and tasty breakfast with chief taking care around.Service are really on a good and strong hotels level but nothing extra special ...same as in Park Inn by Radisson , Novotel.On a weekend the street outside became walking only.Ekatharina 3d park nearby.The guards in the hotel are too much on a security level which is the only minus in da place.

Абсолютно не компетентная и не клиентоориентированная служба размещения клиентов и лично её менеджер Антон. Основной принцип работы - все по закону, клиент дурак. В книгу жалоб оставлять записи бесполезно - оказывается этот канал обратной связи не просматривается руководством, со слов Антона. Если хотите получить проблемы при размещении - обязательно попробуйте отдых в этом отеле.
