В первом номере был неприятный запах (канализация), поменяли на другой без проблем. В стоимость входит посещение хорошего спортзала и не плохой завтрак. Сам номер маловат, мебель дешёвого сегмента, ванная комната тесная, в целом не соответствует заявленной стоимости.

Были семьёй в начале января. Плюсы. Завтраки на 4. Есть спорт зал. В остальном одни минусы 1. За 3 дня не разу не убрали номер 2.при просьбе обновить косметический набор, ответ у нас все закончилось. Как такое вообще может быть?!? 3. шумоизоляция, её просто нет. Слышно все, о чем говорят через этаж!!!! Не 4 звезды, а максимум 2.

Ужасный отель. В окнах щели с палец, жуткий свист от ветра Нет шумоизоляция, слышимость как будто в твоём номере разговаривают Не уютные номера, пластиковые ложки, стакан, дешёвые тапочки. Не соответствует 4 звездам и стоимости за сутки от 6000

Все отлично, персонал, номер, гостиница. Но! Сентябрь в этом году холодный, ночью 7 градусов,в номерах очень холодно. Ресепшн обьяснил это тем, что в сплит системах пока не включили обогрев, только охлаждение. Для отеля такого уровня недопустимо, чтобы постояльцы мёрзли, можно своевременно реагировать на изменение погоды.

Замечательный отель. Отдыхали с семьей и остались довольны! В номере помимо большой просторной кровати был раскладной диванчик. Все косметические принадлежности, тапочки, халаты, чай тоже есть в номере. Помимо комфортных номеров хочу отметить вкусные и сытные завтраки и приветливый, дружелюбный персонал! Расположение отличное, 10 минут от жд вокзала и столько же до центральной улицы города. Обязательно остановимся еще!

Потрясающий отель с одним из лучших гостеприимных сервисов🫶🏼 Отлично все: начиная от размещения, заканчивая выездом. Отдельно хочу отметить потрясающие чистые номера, чистое белоснежное белое и матрасы😍 Вкусный завтрак! Приятный и услужливый персонал! Очень понравился отель. Немножко маловата площадь номера, и есть всего один стул, но в целом нормально. Хорошие матрасы, подушки, система кондиционирования, очень удобный администратор в ватсап, которому можно написать в любой момент и получить помощь.

Внимание Всем! Никому НЕ рекомендую данную гостиницу Golden Tulip Krasnodar (ул. Суворова, 91, Краснодар)!!! С сервисом, как они пишут у себя на сайте "типа международного уровня" - в ЭТОЙ Гостинице БОЛЬШИЕ Проблемы!!! Вы можете обнаружить у себя в номере В ЧИСТОМ комплекте полотенец ИСПОЛЬЗОВАННЫЕ не понятно кем Презервативы!!! Столкнулся с этим безобразием при проживании!!! Персонал ни капли НЕ ДОРОЖИТ репутацией гостиницы, извинились за случившиеся только при выезде и ТОЛЬКО когда ИМ НАПОМНИЛИ, что не плохо было бы извиниться за свой ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ сервис! Без напоминания они просто сказали до свидания, как будто Использованные Презервативы в чистом белье у них в гостинице - это Привычное дело! Надо будет еще выяснить, кто им назначил 4*.. Из остальных минусов: уходили на прогулку, попросили дополнить чай, сахар и воду в бутылках. Принесли только чай.. Сахар и воду - "зажали".. 7 этаж - всю ночь постоянный гул от работающего оборудования (видимо вентиляции и/или кондиционирования), Выспаться нормально вам НЕ получится! Рекомендую тысячу раз подумать, прежде чем выбирать эту гостиницу! Ведь рядом наверняка есть гостиницы с лучшим сервисом и отношением к гостям!
