Остановились на пару ночей в номере "Люкс Моцарт". В целом впечатления скорее положительные, но не от номера, а от смены обстановки и хорошего персонала. По совокупности факторов, за номер, оценка скорее на 3 (колеблюсь между 2 и 3): Понравилось: вкусная кухня, приветливый персонал, соседей не слышно или они отсутствовали, номер светлый, просторный. Не понравилось: плохая звукоизоляция окон, хорошо слышно каждую проезжающую машину (в некоторых сегментах даже не стеклопакет, а одинарное стекло), местный плиточник под окнами работает болгаркой, в Вс разбудил к ~7, в Пн вообще в 6:50. (Казалось бы, если это вы наняли работника и вы знаете, что у вас люди проживают, можно начать с 8 - 9 хотя бы..) Нюансы: номер не плохой, но "уставший", где-то занавеска отклеивается, римские шторы с пятнами, одна не открывалась, некоторые плитки на полу чуть гуляют. Гидромассажная ванна при включении выдувает форсунки, напор дают только две (остальные для вида), режим с аэрацией не работает. Телефон - сломана трубка, похоже, обычные батарейки ещё месяц назад померли и вытекли от заряда на базе. Кровать - покрыта кожзамом, который уже начал облезать, унылое зрелище. В качестве украшения номера используются стремные пластиковые лепестки розового цвета (на фото всё же похожи на настоящие и стоят они не дорого), от заявленной на сайте скидки по акции 20% по факту 15 и это весь романтИк. Есть массажное кресло, не плохое, но это скорее игрушка, 1-2 раза в день посидеть можно.

Очень хороший отель, советую. Много всего красивого, чистое белье, красивый вид из окна дружелюбный персонал. И хорошая кухня. Очень близко к центру города. Рядом Новая Адыгея. Очень чистый холл отеля.

Приезжала на мероприятие, нужно было остановиться в центре, поэтому сразу обозначу хорошее месторасположение. Регистрация прошла очень быстро, приветливый персонал , выполняет любой запрос! Номер комфортный, с видом на реку, к тому же в номере были все гигиеническое принадлежности. Также ужинала в ресторане на дровах, сделали скидку как гостю отеля и вообще там невероятно вкусная кухня! Если приеду в Краснодар снова, обязательно остановлюсь в вашем отеле
