Отель хороший и недорого. Чисто, уютно, тихо в номерах.
Отдельное уважение за рекуперацию энергии в лифте и возможность предупредить горничную если номер убирать не нужно. Все для окружающей среды.
Завтрак вкусный, удобно что можно все утро прийти на завтрак и упаковать с собой при раннем выезде с 4 утра.

Бронировали гостиницу в ноябре 2023 года через менеджера Ивана для большой группы путешественников. 19 февраля все в очередной раз подтвердили, что мы приедим 26 марта, оплату сказали произвести за две недели до приезда, но 21 февраля гостиница отменила бронь. Очень печально, что так подводят туристов.

Были проездом в Краснодаре. Отличное месторасположение отеля в самом центре. Все рядом. Номера небольшие как и во всех отелях Ибис. Комфортно и чисто. На стойке регистрации сотрудники вежливые и доброжелательные. За это я люблю сеть аккор.

Вроде по фото отель хороший, сумма за ночь, тоже не маленькая, кажется, что все будет на высоте. Мы были с машиной, парковки нет, уже не осень. Только платная, рядом, ну так себе. В остальном все вроде нормально. НО вроде как отель для НЕ курящих, но у нас в номере был ужасный аромат сигарет, будто кто-то специально купил в вытяжку, это было ужасно и так всю ночь, кошмар.

в отзыве об этом отеле можно говорить только о локации. Про сам отель и номер говорить смысла нет - если вы были в одном Ибисе, то вы были во всех. И это прекрасно. Качество за разумные деньги, прекрасное расположение- недалёко от улиц Красная (главная) и Красноармейская (бар-стрит)

ROOMS: bright and clean, but not so spacious. Small window, a little tight bathroom with a shower. There are small working place (table, chair), wardrobe, fridge and safe. Coolers are located in every floor, glasses and jugs are provided in the room. LOCATION: 20min drive to the railway station FOOD: breakfast is included (if not, it costs 700rur). There are vegetables, fruits, yogurt, porridge, cheese, meat, eggs and potato, corn flakes, bread and pastry. Tea, coffee and energy shots. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, meeting rooms, ironing boards (one for every two floors). No gym. STAFF: welcoming staff on front desk, but inattentive housekeeping. In our room provided shampoo has finished - nobody cares. We didn’t find a second room key because somebody threw it.
