Сделал бронирование через яндекс с пометкой что можно с животным, нигде не указано было что за животное берут 4000 за сутки, при заселения верили меня что вернут всю стоимость бронирования, по итогу возврат меньше половины, и то добились от них только спустя 4 дня когда пюбронирование уже прошло, никаких извинений или хотя-бы предложений встречных не поступило, отвратительно поступают с клиентами, просто так забрали 9000 рублей ни за что

Отель хорош по всем параметрам. Все при нем и как надо. Один косметический, казалось бы, недостаток-нет подъезда к входу. Ну вот нет! И к сожалению, я не успел посетить SPA, а это точно одно из преимуществ отеля. Номер, тишина, вид из окна, кровать, завтрак, рестораны для ужина-гастрономические, все на отлично. Лучший отель Краснодара.

Проживала на январских каникулах с тремя детьми в двухкомнатном полулюксе с завтраком. Плюсы: все новое, чистота, доп.кроватки для двоих детей принесли и установили вместе с доп.полотенцами и тд. Отличный насыщенный по ассортименту завтрак. Неплохой СПА. Минусы: - раздражительное отношение молодых парней администраторов на ресепшен при заезде ( гостей было не мало, но это не повод). - В номере в шкафу нет полок от слова совсем - только шкаф для висящих вещей. - один пульт для 2-х телевизоров - нет в наличии детских халатов, не удобно идти в СПА - вечером в бассейне холодная вода, в сауне проваленная дощечка на полке . - холодный коридор при переходе из бассейна в соляную комнату и хамам - надо надевать халат или замерзаешь Есть хозяевам над чем поработать. У отеля хорошее расположение , правда проблемы с парковкой (за сутки мест на парковке уже не было), но есть недостатки , которые снижают впечатление от отдыха.

Были в отеле на новогоднюю ночь. Очень красиво все украшено,очень приветливый персонал. Завтрак 1 января просто супер, но вместо шампанского хотелось бы стаканчик пива)) Кофе потрясающий. Единственное серьёзное разочарование- это зона СПА: бестолковая планировка,крошечный бассейн,холодная сауна. Также хотелось бы,чтобы в номерах можно было открыть окна на проветривание,дышать кондиционером напрягало. У отлеля отличное расположение,самый центр и прекрасный вид на город.

High-tech exteriors, spotless interiors, high standards of service, a lavish open buffet breakfast, meaningless smiles, a formal attitude—no soul. An iconic hospitality industry behemoth. I stayed there overnight in September while in Krasnodar on a business trip. Alone. Came by car. It's a stereotypical Marriott; should I elaborate? They have underground parking that one MUST book in advance; otherwise, finding a place nearby is a nightmare. The worst snag for me was their central air conditioning with hopelessly blocked windows. I mean, one cannot open them in any way bar by smashing. Thus, if you look for warmth, individual treatment, and other non-standard amenities, that Marriott is not the place for you to choose.

Не смогли заселиться в отель, тк негде было припарковать автомобиль. В итоге просто уехали в другой отель , с уже оплаченным номером в Мариотте! На ресепшн работают невежливые сотрудники , которые элементарно не могут поздороваться. Предложили дорогой автомобиль с вещами оставить в чужом городе на улице. На следующий день попытались разобраться в ситуации с руководством , на что меня уверили, что направляли заявку по парковке куда-то , но но ни на почте , ни на телефон данной информации не приходило. Добавьте хотя бы информацию при бронировании , что нужно делать заявку ещё отдельно на парковку в 5 звездочном отеле
