С друзьями ехали отдыхать на море, останавливались большой компанией 6 взрослых, 6 детей. Приехали вечером, отлично встретили. В номерах чисто и всем хватило места. В самом отеле вода в кульное, всегда можно попить. Ждали друга, до поздно сидели во дворе, с пониманием отнеслись не выгнали. Но утром когда уезжали, нам позвонили, сказали что мы пользовались баром и там не хватает колы... у меня отличная память , прекрасно знаю что мы ничего не брали и в баре была 1 бутылка Колы. Объяснило что мы ничего не брали, видимо администратор что-то вспомнила, извинилась и на этом ку бы все... на обратном пути тоже планируем остановиться там же

Совершенно никаких претензий по соотношению цена-качество: ресепшн, номера, персонал, завтрак - всё это на отлично. Современный, свежий ремонт. Парковка перед входом. В следующий раз в Краснодаре обязательно забронирую номер здесь.
