"Ужасный сервис", "грязный номер", "жуткое расположение" - всё это не про клёвый отель Фидель. Несмотря на то, что в Краснодаре мы были впервые, получили море эмоции. Итак, приступлю к конструктивной критике: 1. Удобное расположение. Буквально в 5 минутах от ж/д вокзала. 2. Профессиональный и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить девушек с ресепшна. Вы просто чудо. 3. Общий стиль отеля выдержан в классическом стиле. В кованую лестницу мы влюбились с первого взгляда и даже запечатлели на фото. 4. Номер уютный, чистый, теплый (в межсезонье это особенно критично), большая душевая кабина, белоснежные полотенца и халаты, фен и прочие дорогие сердцу мелочи, кровать king-size с удобнейшим матрасом и подушками которые хотелось забрать с собой. 5. Внимание к мелочам и забота о постояльцах. В номере графин и стаканы, мини-холодильник, на этаже кулер, а при непогоде вам предложат стильный зонт-трость. Закончить хочу фразой, которую мы за время пребывания отеле повторили несчетное количество раз - мы сюда обязательно вернемся
