The room is too small, the windows can't be opened, there is no kettle, and the lack of mineral water can be called protecting the environment, but without a kettle, it's hard to justify.

Отличный отель. Приветливый, всегда готовый помочь персонал. Чистый, удобный номер. Очень приятный уютный ресторан. Вкусный завтрак. Вишневый пирог покорил мое сердце. Вообще еда хорошая. Практически все понравилось. Если сильно придираться, то не слишком удобный фен. Странная конструкция в виде трубы с дыркой. Ну и политика отеля предоставлять шампунь за дополнительную плату. Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь. Отель-то не из дешевых. Так что шампунь берите с собой.

Я проживала в комбо-отеле,что очень удобно, потому что расширяется кол-во предлагаемых услуг. Проживание у меня было в Ибисе, а питание в Новотеле. Хочу поблагодарить всю команду Ибис отеля и Новотеля. Начиная от чек-ина и заканчивая чек-аутом. На протяжении всего проживания чуствовалась доброжелательность персонала.(хозяйсвенная служба в том числе).Хочется отметить,что завтраки в Новотеле очень вкусные и разнообразные, еда в ресторане выше всяких похвал. :) Советую так же использовать конференц-зоны и организовывать какие-либо мероприятия или праздники, команда постарается и будет все круто.

Приходилось приезжать в Красноярск(командировка). Остановились в ибисе, что порадовало. В разных городах выбираем только эту сеть. Все чисто, опрятно. В номерах я бы сказала идеальная чистота. Ресторан на уровне, вкусно и красиво.(кофе отдельный вид искусства) И отдельное спасибо за отказ от пластика! Графин и стаканы брендированные, что тоже привлекает внимание)

Прекрасный отель. Удобное местоположение, рядом много классных заведений, можно и отдохнуть и поесть. Хотя и в самом отеле прекрасная еда. Все вкусное и свежее. Классный интерьер. Всё чисто, что очень важно! Свежее полотенце и постельное. В номере уборка каждый день. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. От посещения остались только положительные эмоции.

проживала в номере категории стандарт, вот что не понравилось : в номере был запах табака, в душевой очень много волос (просто ужас), проблема с настройкой каналов (после 4 и до 13 каналы вообще отсутствуют ), очень смутили две несчастные тоненькие подушки на двухместной кровати, в номере очень холодно , очень пыльно , самое главное в номер за 5 тысяч не входят халаты, очень странно для отеля не столь дешевого , не похоже на отель 3 звезды

Отличная гостиница в самом центре Красноярска: рядом набережная, музеи, рестораны. Находится в офисном здании, где также есть магазины и кафе. У отеля отдельный вход с охраной. Расположение удобное, но вызвать такси и уехать в час-пик сложно из-за пробок. Я ждал машину 40 минут. Стойки приема и размещения на третьем этаже, там же — приятный лобби-бар с панорамными окнами и ресторан. Заселили быстро. Номер оборудован лучше, чем обычно в Ibis: есть тапочки, зубной набор, холодильник, сейф, бесплатная бутылка воды. На стойке регистрации можно попросить чайник. Кровать удобная, ночью было тихо. Как участнику программы лояльности, мне бесплатно продлили проживание на 5 часов. В целом проживание понравилось, отель явно выше заявленных трех звезд. Единственный минус — неудобное двойное остекление: внешнее окно сложно открыть. Зимой номер проветрить получилось, но летом с этим будут проблемы.
