This place was very reasonable, in that the price was comparable to the accommodations. No glaring issues, and relatively comfortable, clean and friendly.

I did my reservations with *******, On my way! To the hotel i got a snow avalanche so i got lata to the hotel, driving all night after i get there the lady in the front treated me very bad, telling me that my reservation was cancelled, that they call me the all night, my phone was dead and i only see 1 phone call

This was the worst hotel I have had in years. Toilet seat was taped together. Sink in the bedroom. Did not feel that clean. Advertise that breakfast provided. NO Breakfast.

The room was dirty blood on one of the pillowcases, overall not clean

Staff very polite and sociable, allowed early check in as we arrived before check in, which allowed us to prep for our hunting trip. Bed was a little too soft for my comfort, but adequate for a decent night sleep. Microwave, fridge and TV worked well, but A/C / Heater did not regulate the room temp well despite adjusting control. The room suited our needs for the hunting trip and again Staff was polite, helpful and sociable.

I would not recommend staying at this facility. No hot water and broken toilet. Management wouldn't even consider reconciling issue. Talking to other guests they had same issue with hot water, and another had issues with heating in room not working.

I arrived after driving through a blozzard to find no one at the hotel to check me in. Its 18 degrees outside and and night time.

Great customer service. Crystal was a wonderful point of contact.

TUB AND SHOWER - not installed correctly - separating from wall and leaning. not what was expected from owners.
