Das Hotel ist toll gelegen aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Aktuell ist es so das man am besten danach fragt in den neuen Trakt zu kommen.
Unsere Suite 223 war groß aber ich denke Bereich steht kurz vor der Renovierung.
Spa Bereich sieht ordentlich aus und bietet viel Platz

Im Rahmen einer Klausur durfte ich 2 Nächte hier verbringen. Zimmer geräumig, sauber, toller Ausblick und alles da, was man für einen entspannten Ausklang im Spa braucht (Bademantel, Badetücher, Badetasche…). Sowohl das Essen als auch der Service gut. In der Aussensauna wären Getränke toll, ansonsten top. Weg nach Krems etwas steil, aber machbar. Gerne wieder!

Nette Atmosphäre. Schöner teilweise renovierter Wellnessbereich. Jedoch fehlt die Verspiegelung an den Saunafenstern....sehr unangenehm, da vor dem Fenster ein Gang zum vorbeigehen ist. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unerfahren und überfordert. Hotel im Allgemeinen sehr verwinkelt. Getränke gibt es nur zur Selbstabholung neben der Rezeption....ist eine Weltreise vom Saunabereich.

Tolles Personal, Beratung geht auf Kundenwünsche ein sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Lage Zentral in der Wachau für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Schöner SPA-Bereich. Zimmer entsprechen gutem Standtart, Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Service.

Waren schöne Tage in Krems. Hätte mir eine eigene Bettdecke gewünscht. (war eine große für 2 Personen) Der Spa Bereich für so viele Gäste ist ein bisschen zu kein. Das Frühstück war super gut.(besonders der Cafe) Das Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit freundlichen Personal in sehr guter ruhiger Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und moderne geräumige Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten. Der Wellnessbereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenpool ist leider nur in der warmen Jahreszeit benutzbar.
