the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were below expected standard
USD 30 for the room is not worth. We can get better room in Phnom Penh at cheaper price.
as other reviews suggested, the female receptionist at day shift was indeed rude.

The hotel it's good, but the bed not so good and the room not so clean, the water heater also too hot, can not use for shower.

We couldn't go to the hotel because of the war. Even in these legal matters, the hotel showed that it had an immoral management just for the money. I would never recommend you to go? I've stayed there before, not to mention the poor quality of service, which is not even clean. If you don't want to be robbed and humiliated, don't go

Great hotel for a nights stay at the border whilst waiting for my onward journey the next day. Very polite staff and very well spoken English.
