В перечне бесплатных услуг есть гладильная комната, но её как мне сказали при заезде на рецепшене нет и посоветовали договориться с горничной. Через день, после заезда, подошла к горничной и попросила погладить 2 вещи которые лежат на кровати и что на них оставила 100 грн. На что мне было сказано хорошо. Когда вернулась, вещи весели на вешалке и денег не было. Но оказалось, что я должна оплатить за глажку, что оплата только через рецепшен и что деньги оставляли на столе на видном месте, сначала так сказали, а потом вроде как под что-то положили чтобы их не сдуло, вот только не поняла от чего и куда? В конечном итоге попытались обвенить моего сына в краже и никаких извинений. Я точно знаю, что денег НЕ БЫЛО И МОЙ РЕБЁНОК НЕ БРАЛ!! Сам номер аккуратный и чистый. До инцидента всё было хорошо, но вот только деньги пропали. Я то не обеднею уж точно, а вот...

This is a very good, centrally-located hotel. The service is excellent, as is the Wi-Fi. There is ample free parking. Cleaning is done well and promptly. We stayed here for six nights during a family crisis, and while we weren't overly-focused on the hotel, we were very satisfied.
