The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and overall very nice, we had two balconies overlooking the ocean and the mountains, which was nicer than I would’ve ever expected. The bar outside was really nice to have a drink at and the breakfast was okay! The stay was also very cheap, so for the price I was really surprised. It was also close to the beach. I will recommend to others.

One plus is the location. Everything else is terrible! There is no hot water after 8 pm, broken shower, clogged drain, non-working TV, indifferent staff with rare exceptions, no elevator, breakfast like coffee - don't take it. It's good that there are cafes and bakeries within walking distance where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. For 5 days of my stay, I was convinced that the main thing is to get money from you. Then that’s all, you’re not going anywhere, why try for you ... the next ones will come.

Horrible service, horrible staff, terrible attitude, There is no hot water after 8 pm, broken shower, clogged drain, non-working TV, indifferent staff with rare exceptions, no elevator. Terrible breakfasts and not fresh products, all expired products that were not sold in their store, may end up on your table. Bad service, rude owners. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Perfect place to be. The service is exellent, the staff is really friendly, the location is perfect because it is located in the center of Ksamil and really close to the sea. Breakfast is also very good. Every year were going to look forward to come here. Thank you from Jera Family!

Hotel picco ma confortevole, in pieno centro, parcheggio, tutto a breve distanza, spiagge, locali ecc. Colazione continentale che si può gustare su una bella terrazza che la sera si trasforma in un piacevole lounge bar. Camere essenziali, ma pulite, con un bel terrazzino,cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Proprietari disponibili, ci hanno dato molte informazioni sui tipi di spiagge, dove cenare ecc, davvero bravi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'unica nota negativa è la mancanza nel bagno di una cabina doccia, con conseguente allagamento del bagno ad ogni doccia.

It's a very, very nice hotel. It's very near every famos beach, you can find everything just by walking around. Breakfast was very fresh. The only thing i would recommend about it was some more choices for sweets ,but overall, it was great. It's clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Un séjour vraiment super ! L’hôtel est en plein coeur de Ksamil ! Côté gauche plages familiale côté droit plages touristiques avec musiques et ambiance. Plein de choix de restaurations également, les hotes de l’hôtel vraiment ADORABLE et à l’écoute !
