The service is good, and the staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean and well managed, very comfortable to stay.

Very satisfied on holiday here. Greeted with the blow of a gong when you arrive at the resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you walk around the resort area and meet the staff, they will say hello. Request a deco for your honeymoon and get more than that. They even served us handmade locally coconut water and decorated the bathtub once. Beautiful and calm sea, spacious rooms and lots of interesting facilities and there are even activities at this resort. There are free ones and there are paid ones. Only the service is a little slow. Request for iron board and took almost half an hour nk arrived and dinner at Atas Sungei restaurant for me was quite ordinary. Breakfast was okay, there was laksam, nasi lemak with tuna I think, roti canai, desserts, pancakes, yoghurt, fruits and etc. Overall will definitely repeat our trip to Tanjong Jara again. Worth every penny!

We’ve been at the resort a couple of times and we were never disappointed. It’s probably the best resort at malaysias east coast and for sure the best north of Kuantan. They always use monsoon break to refurbish and maintain. Staff is well trained and super friendly. Rooms are exceptional and spacious, facilities in impeccable state. The food is good but not fully justifying the prices.
It’s far from everything, you better come by car or stay inside the premises…

This is service. The staff are very happy and the beach is beautiful. I paid a lot of extra, but I think it is worth it. I will go again if I have the chance. The only pity is that the waves are too big and we can't go in the water.

Travel with infant. We enjoyed our stay, warm & hearty staff. Yummy breakfast.
We celebrate 8 year anniversary , they prepare us welcome bed decor , turn down service with bubble & flower on bath tub .(lovely & suprise)
I love the pool , the enivorment, the culture, the staff.
Some suggestions, room light can more brightness, bit too dark at night.
Bath room need on deep clean especially stone surround bath tub.
Overall we enjoed our stay, would be back after sometimes.
