Room cleanliness was very poor. I did not expect a luxury 5-star experience, but the level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. We booked 3 rooms: * One room had unclean feces on the toilet floor. * Another room had a cockroach in the toilet. * The third room had very dim lighting, and several lights were not functioning at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance that should be expected from any hotel.

I think this hotel is underrated, everything is good. My third times to stay, even at roadside, but not noisy. Next to a big food court, easy.

Price rate is very good and location of hotel easy exsess for long dinstence and easy to find because nearby State Landmark main road

Great location, with a small food court nearby. If you choose a room facing the road, it can be very noisy at night. The facilities are old, and there are no toiletries. I even found two cockroaches at night, sigh...

Didn’t take any photo of the room/ hotel because satisfaction was average only. Do our check in half way & the staff went to wash her hand make us wait at the counter. Room got many dust. Advantage: only 3km+ away from Teluk cempedak , price ok

The location very strategic and easy access to the main city. Also with the low prices, can get a nice room. It’s good for a travellers who just want a places for a short rest, also who are in business trip.

Hotel svcs ok... facilities must upgrade...cleanes ok..,infra facilities,unifi tv, tissues must be upgrade

The hotel service is bad unfortunately, originally having a booking for 3 nights, but due to changes of plan, had to check out after staying one night & request for the refund for the remaining nights, but the hotel never responded to my request.

Good place for budget hotel. Room is just nice for 1 person. Not very big space but for price is very affordable

Honour system for deposit, pay rm50 for deposit and counter give you room key card. Return back when checked out, no deposit slip provided. Service ok, not much amenities. Room clean and tidy. Near big food court, not far from seaside grilled seafood. Ad hoc stay as passing by quite late at night. Booked through trip.com, efficient with reasonable price.
