My stay at Pan Pacific was exceptional! After an early flight, I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, even though it was only around 1 PM. The staff were outstanding—professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. I loved our room, which was beautifully decorated for my partner's 30th birthday, complete with a complimentary slice of cake. The room's ambiance was perfect. I'm planning to visit Kuala Lumpur again in July, this time for a vacation with my family rather than a business trip, and I definitely plan to stay at Pan Pacific again. A huge shoutout to the amazing reception staff and everyone who made this trip so wonderful. I look forward to coming back here in July. Truly recommend this hotel!

Had a great time at Pan Pac serviced Suites. Central location accessible to many shopping centres within walking distance. Great breakfast provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment that’s useful for long stayers.
