Good location. Room is clean and beside hotel has MK porridge restaurant (new) , taste good with reasonable price.

Was here to visit relatives and to check out some of the new attractions and Michelin food. The hotel is very convenient. Just next to the new mall. The room is also huge, with extra sofa bed for a get-together. However, the drainage system for the shower and sink could be better.

good location and very comforatble. have restaurnt and mart around hotel too. Morever it's so convinient to go to department store just walk 5 mins.

Near with TRX just walking distance. Fast check in and fast check out.

The location for hotel good, but they don't clean the room everyday and there services after left them not good as i call them for my lost things

For short stay is consider satisfied..room big..toilet okay..its acceptable

Hotel location is good, there's a bad smell inside the room, there's no service for cleaning or replacing the tea and bath equipment. I lost my print picture inside the room and i contacted with hotel reception and directly with out even knowing my room number said nothing sir found!! I totally surprised and at end of my call he said call tomorrow at 2 pm to check again!!

The price is a good bargain for the location, new room condition, and cleanliness. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.

This was my 2nd time to staycation at this hotel. But also that I stayed with a bad smell toilet deluxe king room Just wanted to inform, you all can improve of the toilet

Overall, Hotel Aman is a great place to stay if you are planning to have a trip to KL. It's very near to every tourist spot. The staff were approachable and helped you with your concerns. The downside is their wifi connection very slow. One more thing, I hope there will be an intercom that will announce if ever it's a false alarm; we got disturbed by the fire alarm early in the morning and need to confirm it downstairs whether we have to evacuate or not. Request an adaptor on the reception are if you ever need it for the socket; 10RM needs to deposit for that.

The hotel is near to Pavilion and also MRT station. The room is quiet big and clean. The TV is big but not many channel. The wifi is unstable. The staff is very polite and the guard is very helpdlful, everytime he will open the door for guest. The water pressure in the bathroom is ok. There is no iron in the room. The windows is not transparent so I can't see view from my room. There is no pool at this hotel.
