Lucentia Residences Bbcc at Lalaport Kuala Lumpur by Veedu Hauz

The condo we're clean and the view was good. We doubt that our booking will be confirmed since its a last minute booking and our first time using Trip.com but it was instantly confirmed and the owner responded fast. We booked on the spot and in an hour we already had the keys to the room. The view are nice and you can see the KLCC on the skydeck. The pools and the environment are clean and it has a nature vibes and a peaceful place.

We recently stayed in these apartments, and overall our experience was good, but there were a few things that surprised us at check-in: 1. The floor lamp wasn’t working, but the agent quickly replaced the bulb. 2. The shower head was leaking, and the agent fixed it right away. 3. Some of the towels were dirty, but they were immediately replaced with clean ones. 4. The apartment uses a traditional key instead of a key card, which is a bit inconvenient, though not a major issue. 5. The desk in the bedroom had some stains on it, but this was a minor detail. 6. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. As for the residential complex itself — we really loved it. There are many communal areas, two large swimming pools, lots of space, everything is clean, and a shopping mall and metro station are nearby. The location is excellent. We plan to stay in these apartments again in the future.

It was a satisfying stay and after realising that everything is nearby like if you want to go to clubbing it’s nearby the 24 hours Shop is nearby. The monorail is nearby. so you can say this place is an ideal stay for city and worth for money

Located at the center of town is the advantage. Easy Access and security was quite familiar with the visitor and friendly. View at L35 was impressive. For improvement, will suggested Host to install a WiFi extender to this unit. This is the unit with dual key, and the router was installed at the other unit causing the signal was too bad and sometimes not really working. You need to accepted the wifi signal with only 1 bar. Nowadays, wifi is important for all traveler regardless they were on holiday or business trip.

Nice infinity pool view but this unit is more suitable for family with young children as there is only 1 toilet and no doors for the 2 bedrooms. The heater is not hot enough, no free mineral water and the balcony door can’t lock. The management’s service is very bad and didn’t come to fix the balcony door, choking sink, broken bidet holder and loose toilet seat after WhatsApp was sent to them. Their letterbox was not locked when we checked out and dropped the key! Definitely will not book with them again!
