Because it is an apar**ent, it is best to call one day before check-in to arrange check-in. The person on the phone speaks English and will then contact you via WhatsApp to collect the deposit and provide check-in arrangements. The process is very clear and simple. The apar**ent is only a few minutes' walk from the nearby Conley subway station, but general transportation is by grab. The sky garden, rooftop swimming pool, fitness room, yoga room and sauna provided by the apar**ent are available 7-22 hours a day, and are very designed. Friends in Kuala Lumpur think this place is very high-end. The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-living room with an open kitchen equipped with all appliances and tableware. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the bathroom, but remember to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc. Although a washing machine is provided, there are no drying facilities in the house. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable, and the whole family had a good rest. The overall stay experience was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this apar**ent. Only the master bathroom does not have enough hot water for bathing, but the guest bathroom has plenty of hot water. I read other reviews before, and my guess is that I rarely stay in airbnb B&Bs, so I thought there was no cleaning service. However, there are plenty of plastic bags and toilet paper provided in the house, so it is generally good to simply clean it yourself.

It's really not good...the facilities are very dirty, especially the bed...it's super dirty, I sleep with a towel on it, and there is no service staff, I won't stay there again

Great view of the Petronas Towers from the roof of the building where the pool is located. Very close to the center. Spacious modern apar**ents. It was clean. Poor sound insulation: at night they changed the asphalt on the street - you could clearly hear the equipment working on the fifteenth floor. The neighbors were noisy - it was also difficult to sleep. Very few supplies: no hand towels, no towels, no towels for the kitchen. Few forks, spoons and other utensils. There was hot water only on the first day, the rest of the time it was quite cool.
