Floresta Hotel Chinatown

Right in the busy area of Chinatown where you just need to step out and there will be eateries and shops all around. Walking distance to Pasir Seni LRT/MRT for easy transportation. Check in was easy and requires a RM100 refundable deposit. Room are of decent size but a bit worn though it is clean. No daily cleaning unless you request.

Cheap price, great location, very odd hotel though. Looks and feels very worn down but they’re doing what they can with the place. Feels a bit creepy. But at the end of the day we stayed for 3 nights because it was quieter than the other places, good location, cheap, got the job done. Nice staff

Great location right within the chinatown street and very close to Petaling street. About 10 minutes walk from Pasar Seni LRT station. Room was good enough, but nothing special view from window as I expected for a deluxe room. Switching the lift at 2nd floor to go to the 6th floor was a bit of a headache when you are tired after a long journey, but then, its ok. Wifi connectivity was good.

Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but I was not allowed to check in. The hotel required a security deposit, and because I couldn’t pay it, they refused to let me stay. As a result, I lost my booking and my money. The staff were not helpful and did not offer any alternative solution. If a security deposit is mandatory, it should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation to avoid situations like this. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. and i was very tired coming from airport and no cash in my hand  serious very bad hotel i ask them cancel my booking they don’t wnat

Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience. rooms is big. Got fridge,hair dryer, everything completed. But TV channel is very limited. Location is very good ,walking distance in around 5mins can reach MRT ,LRT, Monorails station.

The hotel was really close to petaling street, and had a clean room and bathroom

Many shops nearby, many girls see. And easy to take meal.hah

Located in the centre of a lot of facilities,e.g., POS Malaysia, LRT and MRT stations, and commercial complexes.

Perfect location and friendly staff, but room comfort needs improvement We chose this hotel for a 4-night stay because we needed a convenient place to stay before catching our flight to Medan. While the location and service were excellent, the room itself had some issues.
