Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. We had to change rooms three times due to cockroaches, and there was no hot water throughout our three-night stay. The rooms and facilities were very run-down — flickering lights, a broken door latch, and overall poor cleanliness.
That said, the staff were polite and responsive, and they tried their best to help. However, good service cannot make up for serious hygiene and maintenance issues. I chose this hotel based on good reviews, but it was a huge disappointment. I would not stay here again.

Location is right in the middle of Chinatown! A lot of great places to eat. And even if you are hungry in the middle of the night you can find something yummy!
As the room.. it’s pretty old, but it’s ok if you stay there for a couple of days
Also I loved the view from our window 🌸

Facilities for senior is not suitable. Have to take 2 times lifet and walk long corridor with 2 stairs. For older people with legs pain like me is not suitable.

Overall is good, just the cleanliness of toilet need to be improved, and there's no hot water supply when we back to at the midnight
