Good location, clean room. Short walking distance to shopping malls.
Recommend "Super Durian" , very friendly boss.
The breakfast coffeeshop, Win Heng Seng, walking distance super crowded from Friday to Sunday. Fried kway teow, prawn noodles are nice. Noodles portion is big and can be shared among 2 persons.
Opposite the coffeeshop walking down further, Ming Kee Cantonese restaurant has good porridge and noodle too.
Parking is chargeable, toiletries need to be improved as elderly or young kids will need force to compress the bottle. One of our dressing tables got no lights. Look too dim.

位置是真的沒話説！ 離柏威年廣場很近，溜達着幾分鐘就到。那商場是真的大，牌子多東西全，隨便逛逛都能耗掉一下午，一點兒不悶。 酒店邊上就有便利店，買水買零食啥的抬腳就到。隔壁還有家早餐鋪，早上出門就能吃上口熱乎的，特省心。
辦入住的時候碰見個小哥，中文説得倍兒溜， 問啥都清楚明白，溝通一點沒障礙，感覺挺舒服的。頂樓那個無邊泳池不錯，視野開闊，遊累了躺着看天，淡季去人少，想怎麼撲騰都行，爽！ 房間住着還行，該有的都有，床睡着也挺舒服，整體感覺還不錯，休息夠了就行。

Location great a block from the Pavilion KL and the night market. Having said that getting in and out by hire cars will always get you stucked in busy traffic so learn to use the subway.
One very negative experience is I am used to taking a number at the hospital to see the doctor but taking a number and wait for 1/2 hr plus for check-in and check-out is a first for me. Most time only two to three customer service agents at the front desk so do expect a long line up.
Aside from the hotel I found Malaysian, many new immigrations, generally are not as friendly to tourists when compare to other Asian countries. Chinatown is mess and most of the food at the night markets have lost their original favors.

本次出行最滿意酒店！地理位置好，乾淨衞生，設施很新，酒店前台和樓頂泳池工作人員態度也很好，前台還會中文很專業。酒店走幾步就是柏威年商場，附近還有很多很火的餐廳，離雙子塔也不遠，晚上遛着彎就可以走到。唯一一點就是剛進到房間的時候下水道反味有點大，散了一會味道才好。其他都很滿意，以後有機會還會再來的！

Hands down. Great location. Stayed here for the 3rd time. Same problem with the lift which the Management really gotta do something about. 5 units but really very slowwwww. No idea how the algorithms are set because sometimes 3 of the lifts could be on same floor (ie.35th) and not moving and one of the 5 units could just not stop on your floor. Grrrrr.

房間巨不隔音，是巨，一大早客人説話的聲音，打掃衞生吸塵器的聲音，睡都睡不着。衹是離購物商城這些確實挺近的，樓下也有很多吃的，新峯肉骨茶也在旁邊，樓下也有榴蓮攤子，游泳池能完整看到吉隆坡塔，看不全雙子塔。
