This hotel has always been my go to hotel whenever I stayed in Bukit Bintang.
Service is good . The waiting time is very short and always has a good Pavilion view from the room.
Pls take note there are parking charges of RM10 per day per entry one of the cheapest in Bukit Bintang . For us we will travel via grab we just parked our car at the hotel.

Service at counter was terrible. Receptionist was watching football all the way, and wasnt helpful or proactive when we wanted to check in early. Youtrip had to step in and thankfully had handled this very professionally.

The room was pretty standard, nothing special, but the location is excellent. The only downside was the incredibly slow elevator, which made waiting a hassle. Overall, it's decent value for money, and I'd consider it again for a short stay.

This time, I found a hotel with incredible value for money. The room rate was really, really cheap (for us Hongkongers, it's an absolute steal 💰)! The hotel lobby and room design are both beautiful. While the space isn't huge, it's definitely sufficient and functional 👌. The only minor drawback is the wait for the elevator, which takes about 5 minutes. Thankfully, there are staff members on-site specifically managing the crowd, and they're quite dedicated, so it's acceptable. ✨ Big bonus points: The view is truly stunning! Watching the bustling nightscape at night really lifts your spirits 🌃. Plus, the location is super convenient; you can walk to nearby night markets and massage parlors 💆♀️. If you take a Grab, it's about a 15-minute ride to the area around Kwai Chai Hong. In summary: Unbeatable value for money, I'll definitely consider staying here again next time! ✨

Room was spacious. lots of Chinese tourist as the place is surrounded by Chinese cuisines food. walking 10-15mins to pavilion and bukit bintang mall. not so great was no breakfast food within hotel.
