Repeat stay due to location & new rooms. Have all one needs for short stay. Car park is good, bright, clean & feel safe as there was a guard on almost every level. Got many eateries nearby, very convenient for shopping too. Had curry noodles for breakfast on Jln Imbi, just a block away from the hotel.

Room cleanliness location was very good. Everything was new. Most of the staff were kind and courteous. However, the big elephant in the room was the lift situation. There are simply not enough lifts to cater to all the gas, especially during peak periods.
The Aircon in our room was also leaking. However, they got it fixed within the day. Also, the shower screen door could not close fully, so some water leaked out, but we manage to seal it with our slippers LOL. Overall, a pleasant stay!
