PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

We stay here for 8 nights. The hotel facilities is old and not up to the price we pay. With same price, there are better hotels near KLCC. Compared to pan pacific service suite in Singapore, there is no washing machine in the room. The breakfast is limited, not many food choices and almost repeated everyday. Good thing is the room was cleaned everyday and cleaners are friendly. Tourist tax was charged by Trip.com, but when we left the hotel, they charged 80 ringgits for 8 nights again from our deposit. Luckily we checked online and realised the repeated charge so we requested the refund. Can’t imagine how do we get the refund if we left the KL. Hotel should know this matter better than us, sadly it was us doing the diligent work and found out the issue. I choose pan pacific and parkroyal hotel for my yearly trip since 2023 and had stayed in Parkroyal Pickering, Pan Pacific service suite in Singapore and Hotel Groove in Shinjuku. This time the Parkroyal in KL really disappointed me. If not because I trust this brand, I would rather choose other hotels to stay for my 8 days trip in KL.

I got the Studio King, which is very affordable at Trip.com, and the room is very spacious, and the location is superb with easy access to the shopping district of Bukit Bintang as well as food area of Jalan Alor and nightlife of Changkat. Parking is convenient too, and there is a 7 Eleven just right next door.

Food was okay, at least got some variety but don’t expect the world. Love that there are quaint cafes just opposite the hotel and there are 2 provision shops (711) just on the left of the space.

I recently stayed at the PARKROYAL Collection Kuala Lumpur and had an excellent experience. Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, it’s incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect whether you’re here for leisure or business. Cleanliness – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The hotel is exceptionally clean. Rooms, common areas, and facilities are all well-maintained and spotless. Housekeeping does a fantastic job every day. Service – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and any requests were handled quickly. Their hospitality really stands out. Facilities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) The facilities are good overall. The pool, gym, and dining options are modern and comfortable. A few areas could be improved slightly, but overall still very enjoyable. Overall A great stay in the centre of KL. Perfect location, very clean, excellent service, and solid facilities. Highly recommended—especially for travellers who want convenience and comfort.

It was very comfortable living in the hotel making us our own hope and comfortable of the living make us feeling that we staying at home that's why I always be prefer this place for the living in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia while we are traveling and going to the place make us feeling comfortable easy living

It’s an old room but well maintained. Had a good stay. A lot of bars near the hotel. Something cute in this hotel, they have Starbucks kiosk machine. I saw something similar in Swiss for the first time.
